Deborah Benaim Joins Forces with Imperial as Senior Vice President, Retail Premium Finance

Boca Raton, FloridaImperial Finance & Trading, LLC a leader in premium finance for life insurance, announces the appointment of Deborah Benaim as Senior Vice President, Retail Premium Finance.

 

Benaim has been involved in the financial services and healthcare industries for the past twenty years.

 

She was most recently managing director of Peach Holdings' structured settlement division and was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the organization. While there, she expanded their new originations to become the second-largest in the industry.

 

“Imperial's competitive edge and industry leadership is a direct result of our experienced staff and the in-depth knowledge we have of the premium finance and life settlement industries,” Benaim says. “It's an exciting endeavor and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.”

 

At E.F. Hutton & Co. in New York, Benaim helped design and implement hedge funds at the inception of that industry. At Prudential-Bache, she co-managed a large institutional energy trading group on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange at the World Trade Center and had an upstairs trading office at corporate headquarters.

 

In 1990, she joined a healthcare service company, and helped expand it to be the seventh-largest healthcare service/assisted living provider in the country. Benaim took the company public in March of 1998. She has served on the executive board of the American Senior Housing Association, and has been involved in debt/equity transactions for the past several years. Her main expertise lies in business development and strategic alliances.
