Boca Raton, Florida—Imperial Finance and Trading, LLC, a leader in premium finance for life insurance products and structured settlements, provided through its licensed affiliates, announces the addition of Jim Klohn and Wayne Miller to its legal team.

Jim Klohn joins as Associate Counsel for Imperial’s Structured Settlement division. Mr. Klohn has over 10 years experience as counsel. Previously, he held the position of Associate House Counsel with Atlantic Housing Development Group. He was also an Associate Retained Counsel with Prosperity Partners.

Wayne Miller joins as Senior Counsel, Corporate Financial Transactions, bringing over 10 years industry experience. Mr. Miller’s background includes holding positions as Senior Associate with Mombach, Boyle & Hardin, P.A. and Associate with Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty, & Bennett, P.A.

Imperial’s Senior Vice President, Deborah Benaim commented, “Jim will be working in the Structured Settlement division getting transfers approved, while Wayne will be working on credit facilities and transactional documents.”
