Tony Mitchell, CEO and Equity Partner
Tony Mitchell has 15 years industry experience. He was previously the COO and Executive Board Member of Peach Holdings. Prior to that, Mr. Mitchell was a co-founder of Singer Asset Finance Company. After the acquisition of Singer, by Enhance Financial Services (NYSE:EFS), he served as the senior vice president and sat on the board of directors. There Mr. Mitchell was a key member of the team that was the first to securitize assets in the structured settlements and lottery winnings asset classes.

Jonathan Neuman, President, COO and Equity Partner
Jonathan Neuman brings 11 years industry experience to Imperial. He was formerly the director of Peach Holdings Life Finance business units, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations. Previously, Mr. Neuman worked at Singer Asset Finance, a subsidiary of Enhance Financial Services (NYSE:EFS), as the head of lottery receivables originations.

Deborah Benaim, Senior Vice President, Retail Premium Finance
Deborah Benaim has been involved in the financial services and healthcare industries for over 20 years. Ms. Benaim joins Imperial from Peach Holdings, where she was the managing director of the structured settlement division and responsible for all day-to-day operations. Previously, she held the position of senior vice president of Grand Court Lifestyles, where she helped expand the company to be the seventh-largest healthcare service/assisted living provider in the country. Ms. Benaim formerly was the vice president of the energy futures trading division of Prudential-Bache Securities NYC. Currently, she is also an advisory board member of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA).

Drew McMullen, Vice President, Credit
Drew McMullen has 9 years of industry experience. Mr. McMullen joins the Imperial team from M&T Bank Corporation, where he was an executive associate in the credit division and risk management. Formerly he was an associate at Lehman Brothers, in the ecommerce analytics division. Mr. McMullen was also a sales trader with AB Watley, Inc.

Jonathan Moulton brings 10 years of industry experience. Mr. Moulton joins us from the Life Settlement Corporation at Peachtree Life Settlements, where he was a broker relations manager. His previous career experience also includes being sales & service representative for R.E. Moulton, Inc. and the director of sponsorship for Bill Bass Concerts.
